Limited Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty applies to Minizfigs products purchased directly from Minizfigs or through authorized retailers and authorized sales channels.
Warranty Coverage
Minizfigs warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of original sale.
Subject to the terms of this Policy, Minizfigs may provide replacement parts, replacement sticker sheets, replacement instruction manuals, or replacement components for qualifying warranty claims.
Warranty Period
For products purchased through authorized retailers, warranty claims must generally be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Retail products are generally eligible for replacement support for up to six (6) months from the original delivery date to the retailer’s distribution center unless a longer period is required by applicable law or retailer agreement.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused during assembly;
- Improper handling;
- Misapplication of stickers;
- Bent, folded, creased, torn, punctured, scratched, or improperly applied sticker sheets occurring after purchase;
- Product modifications;
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents;
- Lost pieces after opening;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase;
- Scratches, scuffs, marks, discoloration, or cosmetic imperfections resulting from assembly, play, handling, transportation, storage, or use;
- Damage resulting from improper storage;
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, or environmental conditions outside normal use.
Authorized Purchase Requirement
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or unauthorized sales channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Proof of purchase from an authorized source may be required.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, MINIZFIGS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, ITS DURATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD PERMITTED BY LAW.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES. AS A RESULT, SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIZFIGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
MINIZFIGS’ TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. AS A RESULT, SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Your Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Policy Changes
Minizfigs reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time. The version posted at the time of claim submission shall govern the claim.
