STEP 1
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We’ll start by setting up a call to discuss your vision and brainstorm ideas together. In this session, we’ll align our expectations and explore various concepts. We outling branding capabilities, licensing opportunities, distribution and market data.
To help you get a clearer picture of what’s possible, we’ll present models from previous projects and other relevant sources and outline next steps and budget. We’ll assign a dedicated project manager that’ll be your main point of contact and ensure the project stays on track.
STEP 2
PROTOTYPE & TESTING
Once we’ve settled on a concept, we’ll develop a 3D model using specialized software. We’ll refine this design through several iterations based on your feedback until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
Next, we build a real-life prototype to test its fit and structure. This phase allows us to make any necessary adjustments, ensuring the final product meets our rigorous standards for quality and durability.
STEP 3
CUSTOMIZATION & PACKAGING
Once the prototype is approved, we move on to the customization phase. This involves designing custom sticker sheets, assigning UPC’s, creating appealing retail packaging, case packs and PDQ’s.
We’ll create renderings and samples of each necessary item. Our team will promtly get these samples in you and your team’s hands for testing and final approval.
STEP 4
FINAL APPROVAL & LAB TESTING
The final step is a comprehensive quality control check. We’ll assemble a random production sample and our engineers will ensure it maintains our high quality standards and meets specifications.
Once everything is confirmed, every product is CPSC lab tested and certified to meet all government standard.
STEP 5
DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Once the prototype is approved, we move on to the customization phase. This involves designing custom sticker sheets, assigning UPC’s, creating appealing retail packaging, case packs and PDQ’s.
