30-Day Return Policy

Products purchased directly from www.minizfigs.com may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Minizfigs is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Minizfigs will notify the customer whether the return has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days following approval; however, financial institutions, payment processors, banks, and credit card issuers may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since approval of a refund and the refund has not been received, customers should contact Minizfigs through www.minizfigs.com/support.

Products Purchased Through Third-Party Websites

Products purchased through third-party websites, marketplaces, distributors, or resellers (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, BrickLink, BrickOwl, and similar platforms) must be returned directly through the original seller.

All return, refund, exchange, cancellation, warranty, and customer service requests relating to such purchases are subject to the policies of the third-party seller from whom the product was purchased.

Return requests, refund requests, order cancellations, shipping inquiries, delivery issues, and order disputes for purchases made through third-party platforms must be submitted through the applicable platform or seller.

Minizfigs does not process refunds or returns for products purchased through third-party sellers.

Communications submitted through the Minizfigs website, support portal, social media accounts, or support email address regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping issues, delivery issues, or order disputes for purchases made through third-party sellers may not receive a response and may be redirected to the applicable marketplace or seller.

Products Purchased Through Retail Stores

Products purchased through retail stores, travel centers, convenience stores, truck stops, grocery stores, hobby stores, gift shops, and other physical retail locations are not eligible for returns or refunds directly through Minizfigs.

Customers must follow the applicable retailer’s return and refund policies.

Unauthorized Sales Channels

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, unauthorized resellers, liquidators, surplus dealers, auction websites, online classifieds, social media marketplaces, flea markets, garage sales, thrift stores, secondhand sellers, or any other unauthorized source are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or support from Minizfigs.

Proof of purchase may be required to establish eligibility.

Policy Changes

Minizfigs reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the return request shall govern that request.
